The search of information and its collateral problems affect the development of the researchers activity. We would like to analyze this subject through the study of the behavior guidelines of researchers of the Faculty of Humanities and Education Sciences of the University of La Plata, in order to identify informative behavior and, at the same time, to find out the obstacles that avoid the optimal use of the Central Library and the Departmental Libraries of the Institution. The obtained results will serve as a base to define quality indicators applicable to the continuous improvement of the library services. As a result of the analysis of methodologies applied to user studies, it was decided to combine the quantitative and qualitative perspectives in this work.Downloads
