Revista Transporte y Territorio upholds its commitment to the policies of Open Access to scientific information, considering that both scientific publications and researches financed with public funds should circulate on the Internet freely, free of charge and without restrictions.

The journal is based on the principle that offering the public free access to research helps a greater global exchange of knowledge, adhering to the provisions of the BOAI (2002).
