Abstract

En este artículo se revisan y comentan algunas lexías simples y complejas de la carta-relación dirigida por Cristóbal Colón a los Reyes Católicos con motivo de su tercer viaje a las Indias en 1498. El objetivo del trabajo es contribuir a la recta comprensión de ciertos vocablos y expresiones que resultan oscuros al lector moderno, de modo que la lectura del documento sea perfectamente entendida en cuanto a su semántica léxica.
