Abstract

Georg Büchner reformulates the bond between corporality, politics and discourse, and, with Dantons Tod, introduces it into the scene of the German literature of Restoration. In this article we analyze the singular way in which this author recreates that bond and sets out the question about the legitimacy, firstly, of revolution and, then, of a writing that conceives itself as particularly committed to its time.
