Sobre el modo de justificación de los ascensos y descensos en los organismos gubernamentales de los dirigentes del Partido Justicialista (PJ) de Salta, Argentina, en los años 1995-2005

Abstract

This work tries to analyze how, political leaders of Partido Justicialista (P. J) in Salta, Argentina, understand their through their positions among the government organisms during a great period from movement 1995 to 2005 going un and down their public functions. It coincides with Juan Carlos Romero's two firsts' periods in the power and it part of the third. It analyzes a kind of justification that should be prevailing in the press reports and interviews to different leaders, journalists, and workers in general, and it is focusing to obedience and loyalty. It tries to identify the specific behaviour that would be also referred to particular ways to remain in their public functions.
